Sun Auto Transport

This company is a total joke. They are a complete scam. they basically list your car on a national register for transport companies and that is it. They do nothing more. there are two clowns (Sergio and Albert) that will communicate with you on occasion until you agree to pay the deposit. they will then ding your card for more than was authorized and say that their billing department made a mistake. They took three unauthorized deductions from my card for $350 bucks (were only supposed to take $150). I never received a call from a driver 24 hrs before pick up, they would not take my call and they never picked my car up on the scheduled date. My pick up date was January 9th 2019.. they still have not paid me back and now I am working with chase bank disputing the charges. Total clowns.. run away and run fast.

I chose Sun Auto Transport as they had a good website and seemed like a honest company.
Sergio sent the contract and took the down payment quickly.
I signed the contract and gave a month of time before the car was to be picked up. I also gave Albert several phone numbers where he could get in contact with me. He never did!
After that I was lied to or simply could not get any answers from emails or phone calls. The dispatcher is the person that took calls sometimes and he is the one that lied about pickup dates.
The car was never picked up and this whole experience was a great inconvenience to myself and family.
I have been in business for 50 years and have never had dealings with such a dishonest and fraudulent company.
Even after they broke the contract I could not get a refund of the deposit from them. As usual, all my emails and phone calls were ignored.
Do not just go by how a website appears as I was really deceived by it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
